**Every guests of Atlantis, The Cove Atlantis, and The Reef Atlantis (but not Harborside Resort) will be required to pay a resort fee of $45.00 plus a $3.38 VAT charge per room per night. As of July 1st 2018, the Bahamian government will enforce a 4.5% increase in (VAT). Remember the VAT on complimentary hotel room nights are still complimentary. The increase will only apply to PAY nights. ALSO the Hotel Resort Fee will increase by $2.25.

Taxes & Fees

·All Guests will be required to pay a mandatory gratuity of (i) up to $10.00 per person per day depending on unit type for Atlantis guests, (ii) up to $9.50 per person per day depending on unit type for Harborside Resort guests, and (iii) up to $12.00 per person per day depending on unit type for The Cove Atlantis or The Reef Atlantis guests.

·All mandatory gratuities, taxes, levies, surcharges, resort fees and service fees are subject to change without notice. These charges are represented in the tax column on your e-confirmation.

·Atlantis room rates are based on double occupancy.

oAdditional guests are subject to a charge of $50 per night, plus VAT and other taxes, for each additional person 12 years old and older.
