Chef Santilli’s career has taken him from The Hyholde Restaurant and Ladbroke Racing, all the way to the Sky Level of The Meadows as the head chef of Bistecca Steakhouse.
Chef is highly regarded locally, having won 1st place at the Restaurant Week competition in Washington County as well as five 1st place awards at the Sweet Sunday Dessert competitions benefiting the Washington City Mission.
